Watch our Rondo grapes transform as they go through véraison!

Over the last 2 to 3 weeks we have been watching our Rondo grapes go through Véraison and turn into a fantastic deep red bunch of grapes. Véraison is the term used of the ripening of grapes, and usually occurs over 2 – 3 weeks. I have been doing my best to capture the process by taking pictures each day, but as some of you might be aware the Cornish weather is a little unpredictable so I struggled a bit with the light and getting the pictures exactly the same. With the pictures I got I have turned the images into a time lapse video so take a look and let me know what you think. We roughly have 2500 Rondo grapevines planted which we use to produce our red and rosé wines. The latest red we have is a single variety 2013 Rondo, you can visit us for vineyard tours and tastings from March through to December and visit the website and, social channels for latest news, offers and competitions. Thank you for watching!
