Old friend of Polgoon, Chef Tim Maddams is coming to the vineyard for an exclusive ticket only event – fabulous food, imaginative and tempting cocktails and brilliant Polgoon drinks combined to create an evening of foodie fun exclusive to Polgoon.
It’s the perfect way to kickstart the weekend with some great tapas and even tastier cocktails. During the evening, we learn more about making tapas and perfectly pair them a delicious cocktail. Always a little out there, Tim will highlight new flavour combinations.
Tickets will be £10 per person for entry and include the first tapas and cocktail (or other available drink of your choice). Throughout the evening, you can order additional tapas dishes from our menu. Prices range from £5 – £6.50.
Cocktails can be ordered from our bar costing £8.50 each. We’ll also be selling our award-winning wines, ciders and soft drinks.
Bar opens from 6pm with last food orders at 9pm.

About Tim Maddams
Tim is a private chef, writer, cookery teacher and presenter now living in Scotland. He’s been into food from an early age, spending much of his childhood on the family farm in Wiltshire, gleaning a close understanding of farming and fostering a love of the great British countryside, wild food and quality produce which forms the cornerstone of how he thinks about food today.
Tim has lead the team at River Cottage Axminster, where he regularly appeared alongside Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall on both the River Cottage series on Channel 4 and the Fish Fight campaign.
During his time as head chef at River Cottage, Tim pioneered ethical, local, seasonal produce and became a key spokesperson in the arena of responsibly-sourced food.
