Friday Feasts

Our Friday Feasts will be back in 2021!

Hosted by local chefs Justin Ashton from Hook and Cook and Keith Terry; enjoy some top quality local produce prepared over a wood fire in the beautiful surroundings of Polgoon Vineyard.

Tickets will be £25pp and there will be a bar provided by Polgoon selling their award winning wines, ciders and soft drinks.

About the chefs

Justin Ashton

With over 25 years’ experience as a head chef in the restaurant & catering industry Justin has grown a profound love for Cornwall’s amazing produce.

“Living on the Cornish Coast for the past 16 years – I’ve seen the steady growth of the movement to connect fresh ingredients to the dining experience without losing sight of their provenance.”

Keith Terry

Keith works as a lecturer in professional cookery and patisserie at Penwith College. He is also a training advisor in professional cookery.  He has many years of experience as a head chef and is the former owner manager of the Cornish Range seafood restaurant in Newlyn.
