“I enjoyed the bacchus, which is grown on a vineyard within a pitching-wedge stroke of the Atlantic. Floral and zippy, it has notes of gooseberry and elderflower.” Will Lyons, The Sunday Times Magazine
“Polgoon 2016 Bacchus is light, clean and expressive. This is a stunning, aperitif-style white with fairy-light fruit but a heart of steel. Lovely, salty and citrussy, this is like an English version of a Spanish albariño.” Matthew Jukes, Daily Mail Weekend Magazine
